We are really excited to announce our new Stoma Training Model has arrived at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust .
This is so important to train patients and healthcare professionals on basic anatomy as well as what changes might occur with a stoma.
Moulded from a patient’s CT scan, this model features 3D, removable, and colour-coded urinary and digestive tracts and is ideal for demonstrating an end or loop ileostomy and colostomy, urostomy, and gastrostomy tube placement. Thank you so much to everyone who kindly donated towards this really valuable cause which will help many local patients.
