Marianne was the charity’s principal fundraiser for five years before joining Occtopus as a Trustee in 2024.
Before that she was the Major Donor & Partnerships manager at the Oxford University Hospitals Charity for seven years. She has a Bachelor of Arts in communication management and has experience working for grassroots frontline health organisations, specialising in community engagement and grant applications.
Marianne has a firm belief that life-changing improvements to health happen with the right partnerships. She has seen how the clinicians at Oxford University Hospitals are best placed to come up with solutions to inflammatory bowel diseases and colorectal cancer.
